ED : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is currently in ED custody. And during this time he has issued his first instruction under running the government. Aam Aadmi Party has given this information. News is coming out that Kejriwal has given instructions to the Water Department through a note. It may be noted that Kejriwal had said during his appearance in the court on March 22 that he would not resign from the post of CM. He had also said that if necessary, he would run the government from jail.
ED had arrested, Atishi will do PC
On Thursday, ED had arrested Kejriwal from his official residence in a money laundering case related to excise policy. A court on Friday sent AAP’s national convenor to ED custody till March 28. Party sources said, “He (Kejriwal) has issued his first directive from ED custody. The instructions are related to the water department of the government. Water Minister Atishi will announce instructions later today.” AAP has said that Kejriwal will remain the Chief Minister even if he is sent to jail.
