Arvind Kejriwal Conspiracy to impose President’s rule in Delhi

Arvind Kejriwal: The Central Government arrested Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as part of a conspiracy and now they want to topple the elected government in Delhi and impose President’s rule. Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and minister Atishi made this allegation in a press conference. Atishi alleged that by arresting Arvind Kejriwal, the central government is trying to prove that a constitutional crisis has arisen in Delhi, whereas the truth is different. Atishi alleged that Arvind Kejriwal has been implicated in a dismissed case and sent to jail.

Modi government is afraid of Arvind Kejriwal

Atishi said in the press conference that the Modi government at the Center is afraid of our leader Arvind Kejriwal, that is why they are getting a letter written against the Delhi government through the Lieutenant Governor, so that the elected government can be brought down. This will be an insult to the mandate because the people of Delhi have given a clear majority to Arvind Kejriwal. Arvind Kejriwal’s government was working in the interest of the people in the state, especially the welfare of the poor was being looked after, they were being given free electricity and water, due to which his popularity was increasing further. The Aam Aadmi Party government has made and is making every possible effort to ensure that the people of Delhi get better health facilities and education, to stop this the Modi government is trying to impose President’s rule in the state.

Why is Aam Aadmi Party making these allegations?

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by ED on March 21 in the liquor scam case. On April 1, ED sent him to judicial custody for 15 days, after which he is still in jail, but Kejriwal has not yet submitted his resignation. Due to the Chief Minister not submitting his resignation, there is a hindrance in running the government, because without the signature of the CM, no government related work is being completed. Even the cabinet meeting is not being held till now, recently Arvind Kejriwal’s PA Vibhav Kumar has been dismissed by the Vigilance Department, because he has been interrogated by ED in the liquor scam case.

Chief Minister has not been found guilty in any case yet

The court has not yet declared Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal guilty in any case, due to which he continues to hold his post. There is no such provision in the Constitution as to what can happen if the Chief Minister goes to jail, because this is the first case of its kind, when he has gone to jail while being the Chief Minister. But it is also a truth that for the smooth functioning of the governance system, it is necessary for the Chief Minister to attend meetings and take decisions. In these circumstances, morality says that Arvind Kejriwal should resign from his post and someone else should take over the post of Chief Minister, as happened in Jharkhand after the arrest of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Hemant Soren handed over his post to Champai Soren before his arrest and after that he was arrested. In Bihar too, in 1997, Chief Minister Lalu Yadav had to resign after being accused of corruption and a warrant was issued, and his wife Rabri Devi became the Chief Minister.

President’s rule one way

The Aam Aadmi Party is continuously accusing the Central Government that it is trying to topple the elected government of Delhi and impose President’s rule, because it is afraid that if there is any problem in running the governance of the state, then the LG will decide to impose President’s rule. Can recommend. For this reason, many Aam Aadmi Party leaders are repeatedly saying that President’s rule may be imposed in Delhi.
