Arvind Kejriwal is corrupt and will remain in jail – BJP

He wrote that today Delhi High Court has rejected the bail plea of Arvind Kejriwal. This makes it clear that Arvind Kejriwal is corrupt. CM Kejriwal’s arrest is legal – ASG SV Raju
It is noteworthy that after the Delhi High Court rejected the petition challenging the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, ASG SV Raju said that the court has called Kejriwal’s arrest legal. ASG SV Raju said that today the judge gave the verdict after looking at all the evidence. He told that Delhi High Court said that the evidence collected by ED shows that Arvind Kejriwal conspired with others. The ED case also reveals that he was personally involved as the convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party.
AAP may go to Supreme Court
At the same time, after the setback received from Delhi High Court, Aam Aadmi Party can approach the Supreme Court. Actually, Aam Aadmi Party does not agree with the decision of Delhi High Court. AAP can go to the Supreme Court against the High Court’s decision. Quoting AAP sources, it is being said that Kejriwal can go to the Supreme Court only tomorrow i.e. on Wednesday. It is noteworthy that today i.e. on Tuesday, the Delhi High Court rejected the petition of CM Arvind Kejriwal in which he had filed a complaint regarding excise duty policy and money laundering. His arrest in the case was challenged by the Enforcement Directorate.
