Also said on the said provision that Article 370 was a temporary provision. The Chief Justice also said that after merger, Jammu and Kashmir is not a sovereign state. Decision of three judges different

Let us tell you that a bench of five judges was formed on this matter in which all the judges gave their verdict today. Justice Sanjeev Khanna’s decision is different. Justice Kaul has also kept the decision aside. Let us tell you that the decisions of three judges are different. But, CJI DY Chandrachud said that despite the different verdicts, the conclusion is the same. Justice Kaul and Justice Khanna agree. At the same time, Justice Gavai and Justice Surya Kant are unanimous. However, before this decision, Jammu and Kashmir Police has taken action against objectionable elements in many areas of Jammu and Kashmir.
