According to the information, the marriage of Mukesh Kumar Verma, son of Satyanarayan Verma, resident of Veldari village of Bamdah in Chakai block of Jamui district, was fixed two years ago as per Hindu customs with Purnima Kumari alias Sapna, resident of Kenduadih village adjacent to Bamdah under Chakai block. Both of them were in love with each other since last year 2015, after which their families had fixed their marriage.

Teacher is working on the post of assistant teacher

After the marriage was fixed, both Mukesh and Purnima started talking to each other for hours. But due to some reason their relationship broke. Meanwhile, Mukesh passed the BPSC examination for teacher recruitment last year and got selected on the post of teacher and after training, he has been working as an assistant teacher in the upgraded middle school Banjulia of Gidhaur block for the last six months.

Mukesh was adamant on breaking the marriage

Purnima told that everything was fine between me and Mukesh till one year after marriage, ever since Mukesh cleared the BPSC exam and got selected as a teacher, his attitude towards me had changed. He was neither picking up my phone nor trying to make any acquaintance with me for the last five months, due to which my family members started getting worried. Many times Panchayat was called regarding this matter and it was explained to Mukesh and his family, but Mukesh was not ready to accept it. He was adamant on breaking the marriage.

Marriage took place in Gidhaur Panchmandir

Purmina told that last December also I had complained about Mukesh in Gidhaur police station, but due to not getting any help in the matter, with the help of my family members, on Wednesday night, I found a rented house in Road No. 2 of Gidhaur Bazaar. But Mukesh was married as per Hindu customs in Gidhaur Panchmandir with the help of local villagers.
