Andhra Train Accident Reason: Signal overshoot or human error, what was the reason for Andhra train accident?

Andhra Pradesh Vijayanagaram Train Accident Reason : On the night of Sunday, October 29, two trains collided in Vijayanagaram district of Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Vijayanagaram Train Accident). CPRO of East Coast Railway while talking to the media said that there was overshooting of signal by Visakhapatnam-Raigad passenger train. Explaining the meaning of the word overshooting, the CPRO said that this happens when a train moves ahead instead of stopping at a red signal. More than a dozen people died and more than 50 were injured in the collision between Visakhapatnam-Raigad passenger train. At the same time, relief and rescue operations are going on continuously in Vizianagaram district after the accident.
