Around 2,500 dishes will be prepared for the guests at Ananth-Radhika’s pre-wedding ceremony with a global menu including Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Parsi and Pan Asian. Guests will be served breakfast with 75 dishes, lunch with over 225 dishes and dinner with around 275 dishes and midnight meal with over 85 items to choose from. Each item will be prepared under strict guidelines and protocols and no dish served will be repeated across the 12 different meals served over three days, meaning no dish will be repeated on any day. According to the information, a group of 65 chefs including 20 female chefs and four trucks full of ingredients have reached Jamnagar from Indore for the pre-wedding ceremony of Anant-Radhika.
