Noida: Home Minister Amit Shah was at the CRPF Center in Noida on Friday. The occasion was the ‘All India Tree Plantation Campaign’ of the Ministry of Home Affairs and e-inauguration of various schemes of CRPF. On this occasion, the Home Minister planted a Peepal tree at the CRPF Center. He said that today I am very happy that I have planted four crore saplings, that too Peepal. Today we will always be remembered in the country for our contribution to make this earth green.
Home Minister Amit Shah said that today is a very important day for CRPF and me too. Three years ago, we had decided that before December 2023, we will plant 5 crore trees. Will take care of them and after filling the gap will make them bigger than their head and dedicate them to the world. When it was said, then many people used to think that how it will happen, it is a goal given in enthusiasm, it will be possible, it will not be possible. I was a minister, so no one used to speak in front of me, but there used to be talk behind me, how would this be possible. But today I am sure that by December 5 crore saplings will be planted.
Amit Shah said that by planting four crore saplings, the task of making the seemingly impossible task possible has been done by all the CRPF personnel as always. His family members took it as a challenge. Followed the program carefully. Considered the tree as his friend and took time out of his time to grow it properly. CRPF has left such a ‘legacy’ new type of message today. One crore 50 lakh saplings have to be planted this year.
We have planted 4 crore saplings. I have full confidence that we will complete the target of 5 crores very soon. In the coming time, by completing the gaping, 5 crore trees will stand on this earth as our contribution. Those who will live for years and along with the bravery of CRPF, the story of CRPF’s protection of the earth and its sensitivity towards climate change, its sensitivity towards the environment will also become immortal forever.
