Ambedkarnagar News: Police arrested two fleeing accused in an encounter in Ambedkarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The police also fired a bullet to catch the accused, which hit one in the leg. The leg of the second accused was broken while running away. Police has arrested the two accused. On the other hand, in this case, Superintendent of Police Ajit Sinha has suspended police station in-charge Ritesh Pandey for negligence.
Both of them are accused of pulling the dupatta of a student who was returning home from school on Friday, after which the student fell on the road and died after being run over by the motorcycle. Police had arrested three accused in this case.
Two of them tried to escape and were caught after the encounter. The injured accused were sent to the district hospital. Now the three accused Shahbaz, Arbaaz and Faisal are in the custody of the police.
Nancy, an intermediate student resident of Barhi Aidilpur in Hanswar police station area of Ambedkar Nagar, was returning home from school on Friday. During this, the youth riding on the bike tried to pull the scarf of the student coming on the bicycle. Due to this she lost control and fell on the road. Meanwhile, a speeding motorcycle coming from behind crushed him. The student died on the spot in the accident. The family told that the accused had been harassing the student for a long time.
