Police sources said that murderer Ritesh Yadav alias Sundar has confessed to his crime. He says that it was he who shot Aman Singh nine times with a pistol. There were a total of 14 bullets in the magazine of the pistol. When Aman Singh was lying on the bed of the hospital ward listening to a song, he went near him with a pistol and started firing incessantly. Finally shot him in the head. When he was completely satisfied that Aman Singh was dead, he moved away from there and threw the pistol outside the jail premises towards Bekar Dam. He told that he had two pistols. But he is not telling who gave him the pistol and how the pistol came. He admitted that the conspirators of this murder were Ashish Ranjan alias Chhotu and Rinku Singh. Both of them had promised to pay a huge amount to carry out this incident.

Many prisoners helped

Ritesh told that he had come to the jail only a few days ago (25 November). That’s why he doesn’t know the names of all the prisoners. But many prisoners cooperated with him before and after the murder. He has told the names of some of them to the police.

Both pistol and bullets will be sent to FSL

Police sources said that the shot was fired from a single pistol, but two pistols were called for backup. After committing the incident, the pistol was thrown which was later recovered from outside the jail. Both pistols are loaded. A bullet has been fired from a pistol. Seven shells and one pellet have been recovered from the spot. The pistol and bullets will be sent to FSL for testing.

After this, three charger adapters, two charging cables, five lighters, two keypad camera mobiles, one screwdriver, one blade, one small knife, small pipe for smoking ganja, two bundles of beedi, one hair were found on the switch board of verandah of ward number four. Cutting scissors were recovered. An FIR was registered against both the women. Whereas it is said that Sonali Singh was close to Aman Singh.

After the murder, two groups fought, TV broke, case registered against nine

The henchmen of both groups belonged to Aman Singh, but there was a fight between the one who later separated and became his opponent and the one who was with him. Demand to dismiss the jailer and chamberlains from service

Senior leader of Jharkhand Bachao Morcha, Vijay Shankar Nayak has demanded from the Chief Minister to dismiss the jailer and all the five cell keepers of Dhanbad Mandal Jail from service. He said that the murderers guilty of the murder in Dhanbad jail should be punished immediately through fast track. A high level investigation should be conducted by five retired judges as to how not one but two pistols reached the high security jail and how the accused in judicial custody was shot dead? The personal movable and immovable properties of the jailer of Dhanbad and all the five chamberlains should also be investigated.
