All universities of Bihar must start new session in July, Raj Bhavan gave instructions

Classes for the new session 2023-24 will have to be started in July in all the universities. In order to strengthen the educational system in the universities, all the universities will have to be completed on time in the new session. After the instruction of Raj Bhavan, all the universities have started preparing for admission. Regarding this, Patna University will start the process of applying online for admission on April 10 and Patliputra University on April 25.

Can take admission in PG together

The Governor has said that the university which has not yet taken admission in PG in session 2022, that university will take admission in both session 2022 and 2023 together. Along with the admission, we will also release the result at the right time by taking the examination together. It has been instructed to release all the examinations and pending results of its previous session soon.

Application for graduation in PPU from 25

The process of filling online form for admission in Patliputra University (PPU) in graduation part one (session 2023-24) will start from April 25. Admission will be done on about 1.20 lakh seats for the undergraduate session 2023-24 (BA, BSc, BCom). PPU will soon release the schedule for admission in graduation. Vice Chancellor Prof RK Singh said that the admission process will start from 25th. The schedule will be released soon.

You can choose from 10 constituent and 10 affiliated colleges

While filling the online form, students can choose 10 constituent colleges and 10 affiliated colleges on the basis of priority. Seeing the possibility, the college will be given on the basis of priority of the colleges. PPU said that there will be ease in college allotment on the basis of choice. After applying, students will get a chance to check the priority of the college list twice and on that basis again make changes in the college list. After this, admission will be taken by issuing merit list on the basis of marks. Three round merit list will be issued. After that the enrollment will be completed by issuing the on-spot merit list. Reservation will also be taken care of in the merit list.

Those less than 45 percent will not get honors

PPU has said that students will apply for honors in the same subject in which they have 45 percent marks. Those students whose aggregate marks are less than 45 percent, but have 45 percent marks in any subject, will not be given honors. By the way, the admission of the students will be in the pass course.
