Late night in Aligarh, a shopkeeper neighboring the BJP MLA was shot dead. This incident took place over a dispute over speeding bullets near the residence of two BJP MLAs. The police is busy searching for the attackers captured on CCTV cameras. It is being told that a relative of the deceased had stopped some youth for blowing a loud horn. After which the attackers arrived searching for the young man. When the youth was not found, the relatives shot shopkeeper Ashok Gupta and ran away. The shopkeeper died during treatment late at night.

A few steps away from the incident is the house of BJP MLA Anil Parashar and Legislative Council member Dr. Manvendra Pratap Singh. Ashok Gupta’s house is at the gate of BJP MLA Anil Parashar’s Indraprastha Colony. Ashok lives with his family on the upper floor and there is a grocery shop below. There are many shops nearby also. This is a busy road. A dispute came to light regarding loud honking on this road.
The attackers had come asking Bhavatosh
It is being told that two bike-riding youths had stopped at some distance from the grocery shop. First both of them talked to each other. Then a young man riding a bike went to the grocery shop. The youth who came on bike were asking about Bhavtosh. During this time, when Ashok Gupta did not tell about Bhavtosh, the youth attacked and shot him. The bullet passed near Ashok’s chest. During this time the people present in the house made noise. The attackers fled on a bike.
Injured Ashok Gupta was admitted to the medical college.
Ashok Gupta was immediately admitted to JN Medical College in injured condition. Where he died during treatment. During this time, BJP MLA Anil Parashar had also reached the medical college to see his neighbor Ashok Gupta. On receiving information about this incident, SSP, SP City and Quarsi police station had reached there. Regarding the incident, SSP Kala Nidhi Naithani said that Ashok Gupta, who runs a grocery shop in Indraprastha Colony of Surendranagar, was injured by gun shots by some unknown assailants. Who were taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Attackers captured in CCTV camera

SSP told that the relative of deceased Ashok Gupta, whose name is Bhavtosh, had a dispute with the bike riders some time ago. At the same time, after stopping the bike riders, he had called his other companions and was searching for Bhavatosh. When he was not found, Ashok Gupta was shot.
