Aligarh: Aligarh Municipal Corporation has released the birth certificate of actor Naseeruddin Shah’s daughter Hiba after a lot of struggle. The birth certificate was stuck for the last three months. However, the Municipal Corporation had given up on making the birth certificate due to lack of documents, but it has been issued as soon as the report of the CMO and the Magistrate was received.
Had applied for making birth certificate of daughter in July 2023
Actually, famous actor Naseeruddin Shah had applied to the Municipal Corporation through a relative in July 2023 to get the birth certificate of his daughter Hiba, but the application was made in the wrong zone. The applicant was directed to apply again. After this, application was made again for the birth certificate. Naseeruddin Shah’s daughter was born in 1970 in a private nursing home in Aligarh. The application for the birth certificate was made after about 53 years.
Before issuing the birth certificate, the Municipal Corporation had got all the documents verified by the relatives. After this, the letter was sent to the Chief Medical Officer’s office for verification in the month of August. The Chief Medical Officer office also ordered to issue the birth certificate as per the rules. After this, the letter reached SDM Kol in the month of September. The SDM also recommended issuing the birth certificate after examining all the reports.

As soon as the magistrate’s report was received, the Municipal Corporation has issued the birth certificate of Hiba Naseeruddin Shah. It is being told that birth certificate is required to get a passport. The birth certificate of the daughter of Mumbai resident actor Naseeruddin Shah has been prepared. In this matter, Chief Tax Assessment Officer Ashok Kumar Singh said that after receiving the report of SDM and CMO office on the birth certificate application, the certificate has been issued. The certificate has been handed over to the relative who had applied.
Hiba Shah was born in 1970
Although a magistrate’s report is not required if birth certificates are made within a year of a child’s birth, this case was from 1970. Therefore, reports of the Health Department and the Magistrate were taken. The birth of Naseeruddin Shah’s daughter is shown at Tikaram Nursing Home located at Center Point. But now that nursing home has been closed. But investigation of previous records revealed that Tikaram Nursing Home was operated. Considering the same as the basis, the birth certificate was issued, although there is a rule to issue the birth certificate in 15 to 20 days. After three months of investigation, the birth certificate of Naseeruddin Shah’s daughter was issued.
