Aligarh News: A lawyer was shot dead in broad daylight in the AMU campus in Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. It is being told that two bike-borne miscreants carried out the incident. Advocate Abdul Mugish was going from home to court. Meanwhile, miscreants shot him near the Dental Department of AMU campus. Property dispute is being told behind the murder.
At the same time, the police is trying to find the killers in the CCTV camera. Aligarh’s Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanidhi Naithani said that the lawyer’s property dealing work has come to the fore. Due to this, he was shot in enmity. The incident took place near the Dental Department of AMU Campus of Police Station Civil Line.
Abdul Mugish, a resident of Jamalpur in Thana Civil Line area, was an advocate by profession. On Wednesday, he was going to the court via AMU campus. Abdul Mugish was passing through the road of the Dental Department. Then the miscreants shot. In a hurry, he was brought to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, but Abdul Mugish died during treatment.
Regarding this incident, SSP Kalanidhi Naithani told that till some time ago he used to work in property dealing. Because of which the talk of enmity with some people had come to the fore. The SSP told that we are probing other aspects of the incident as well. Soon the accused will be arrested.
At the same time, due to the incident happening in the AMU campus, sensation spread. Top police officers reached the spot. Now the perpetrators of the incident are being searched in the CCTV camera for the disclosure of the case. The property dispute behind the murder of the lawyer is said to be the most important reason in the investigation so far.
On the other hand, since the incident, the lawyers are very angry. They raised slogans against the police-administration by blocking the Anoop Shahar Road in front of Deewani. As soon as the information was received, the police force reached the spot and tried to pacify the angry lawyers. SSP Kalanidhi Naithani has claimed early disclosure of the incident.
Two accused arrested in the case of gang rape of eight year old innocent
On the other hand, the police have arrested two boys, one of whom is a minor, in connection with the murder of an eight-year-old girl in Shivala Kala of Khair area of Aligarh district. It was the neighbors who had executed the incident.
It is being told that on August 6, an 8-year-old girl went missing from a village in Khair while playing. In this regard, on the basis of the Tahrir of the victim’s relatives, the search for the missing girl child was started immediately after registering a case under section 363. On Monday, the dead body of the missing girl was found 200 meters away from the house in a pile of straw kept in an enclosure.
Took the girl along on the pretext of making a reel
According to the police, 18-year-old youth Ajay, who made reels in the neighborhood, carried out the gang rape incident along with his minor friend. In the interrogation of the police, both the accused broke down and told the truth. In this case, both were seen going together in the CCTV camera installed at the goldsmith’s shop.
According to SP Rural Palash Bansal, a young man from the locality suspected Ajay, who becomes a reel. In this incident, he also took a 15-year-old minor boy along with him. It is being told that the incident was carried out after the girl was taken away on the pretext of making a reel.
Police interrogated more than a hundred people
The police interrogated 100 people around the scene of the incident and the places where the accused were visiting, after which the CCTV footage was scanned. The police have recovered the clothes worn by both the accused during the incident. The cloth was covered with straw. At the same time, the bracelet with which Ajay had hit the girl has also been recovered.
Along with this, in the CCTV footage, both the accused have been seen taking the girl to the play area. The slippers of the girl have been found from the place of the dead body. According to the police, fearing the disclosure of the incident, the accused killed the innocent by strangulation and hid the body in the straw.
DNA test of the accused will be done
According to the police, DNA samples etc. of both the accused will also be conducted, so that they will be matched with the slide etc. of the girl. In this way, it can be presented as strong evidence in the court. Apart from this, an attempt will also be made to get the charge sheet filed in this case very soon and get the punishment along with the trial as soon as possible.
