Aligarh: By the end of June, the state will get eight thousand accountants, Revenue Council President Sanjeev Mittal gave information

Aligarh. Revenue Council Chairman Sanjeev Mittal has told that by the end of June the state will get 8000 accountants. Due to which the disposal of revenue matters will be expedited. During the review in Aligarh, Chairman of the Revenue Council, Sanjeev Mittal said that soon the new Lekhpal will be seen in the field. In the review meeting, he reviewed the Aligarh division in the commissionerate auditorium on Monday in real time Khatauni construction, ownership plan, heritage episode and metering matters. Aligarh division consists of 4 districts and 15 tehsils.

There will be a big change in the revenue system

Regarding real time Khatauni, he said that it is an important and sensitive work. This will bring a big change in the revenue system. From Lekhpal to SDM, DM have to work very seriously. He said that this work should not be done in haste. Do not make mistakes in the pursuit of achieving the goal. The work of real time Khatauni will be considered successful only when the district, tehsil and land owner do not face any kind of problem in future.

There will be a reduction in fraud if the letters are updated correctly.

Sanjeev Mittal told that due to the correct updating of Khataunis, there will be reduction in land fraud. People willing to buy land will be able to know who is the owner of the land. When they know who is the real owner of the land, unnecessary disputes can be avoided. In the review of Real Time Khatauni, it was told that there are 3553 revenue villages in the Mandal. Till now 781 Khatauni have been locked. In which 299 Khataunis have been locked by Aligarh, 108 by Etah, 248 by Kasganj, 126 by Hathras on the records portal.

Instructions to pay attention to legacy cases

Drone survey has been done in 3253 villages out of 3553 notified in the Mandal under Swamitva Yojana. So far 400376 houses have been distributed. At the same time, 395 cases of 1 to 3 years, 328 cases of 3 to 5 years, 235 cases more than 5 years old were found pending at the divisional level. However, instructions have been given to take quick decisions while conducting regular hearings of pending cases. During the review of heritage cases, one case was found pending in the circle after the prescribed time limit. The District Magistrate has asked to pay attention to the cases disposed of by inheritance.
