Alamgir Alam said in the House – Center stopped PM residence, then Abua residence was started – BollywoodWallah

Ranchi: Department-wise discussion on the budget of Jharkhand government for the financial year 2024-25 continued for two days. On the last day, after discussion on the demand for grants of the Cabinet Secretariat and Coordination Department, the budget of Rs 73 crore 87 lakh four thousand was passed by voice vote. After the boycott by the opposition parties, the budget of all the remaining departments was passed together. The Appropriation Bill was also passed by voice vote. After discussing the demand for grants, presenting the government’s side, Rural Development Minister Alamgir Alam said that the BJP government at the Center had stopped giving Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to the state after 2021. For this, the then minister Hemant Soren had written a letter to the Government of India. Despite this, no initiative was taken from the central government.

In such a situation, we could not leave the people of Jharkhand without housing. The Government of India was providing housing to eight lakh people of Jharkhand on the basis of 2011 census. When the Government of India stopped giving funds, we started the Abua Housing Scheme. The government submitted your application to the program. About 20 people have applied for housing. We have decided that the government will provide housing to all the people. Two lakh people are being given housing in the current financial year. Houses will be given to 4.50 lakh beneficiaries in the next financial year. This will continue till 2028.
Mr. Alam said that the government is engaged in improving the rural economy.

Rural roads have been repaired. People are getting the benefits of Sarvajan Pension Scheme, Chief Minister Loan Waiver, Foreign Student Scheme, Student Security Scheme, CM Megha Scholarship Scheme and CM Critical Illness Scheme. Our government passed many bills from the Assembly. Due to lack of initiative on this, people are not getting benefits. We have passed 1932 Khatian, Sarna Dharma Code, OBC Reservation, Mob Lynching Bill. The central government is not even providing food grains to the poor. For this reason, the state government itself is purchasing and giving food grains to those taking green cards.

The game turned upside down due to the arrest of Hemant Babu

Opposing the cut motion, Jiga Susashan Horo said that the opposition people had created an atmosphere in the name of Ram Lalla just before the elections. It seemed that they had progressed in the elections. But, these people have made a mistake by arresting Hemant Babu. Politics is a game of chess. Arresting Hemant Babu has backfired. Now people in every village are asking what mistake Hemant Babu, who gave us pension and housing, had done. The public will answer this in the coming elections. Naman Viksal Kongadi said that the minority community was exploited in the previous government.

There should be an investigation into the irregularities of Rs. 6 thousand crores in the previous government.

Opposing the proposal, Pradeep Yadav said that during the previous government, there was a waste of about Rs 6,000 crore in the construction of electricity transmission line. This should be investigated. The electricity bill interest waiver scheme should be continued. In the name of cow protection, some anti-social elements are harassing people. There should be control on them. Baijnath Ram said that infrastructure should be developed in the state. Work is going on on this. The government’s emphasis is on building infrastructure.

Your Excellency is becoming a hindrance

Sudivya Kumar Sonu said that our government also wants that the people here should get maximum benefits. OBC reservation limit should be increased. Where His Excellency comes from, there is 73 percent reservation. There is 75 percent reservation in Bihar. When we make efforts here, His Excellency becomes a hindrance. Vinod Singh said that planning is more important than its implementation. Appointments are not being made in the state. For this reason the age limit should be increased from 35 to 40. A complete policy should be made in the matter of non-cultivated land.

Bring 20 thousand, get Abu’s house: Naveen

Presenting the cut motion, Naveen Jaiswal said that the government is making noise regarding Abu Awas. The rules for getting Abu accommodation were changed several times. Now the scheme is going on for the beneficiaries to bring Rs 20 thousand and get a house for their parents. Jobs are being sold in JSSC. Clothes are being left after operations in hospitals. The government is running like this here. There should be a CBI inquiry into this. JP Patel said that there has been a demand for formation of Displacement Commission in the state for years. But, no initiative has been taken in this direction.

The responsibility of examination was given to blacklisted companies

Supporting the cut motion, Amit Mandal said that the entire state was worried about the JPSC and JSSC scam, on the other hand, the ruling party MLAs were worried about becoming ministers. Not even a single examination of JSSC has been successful. Everyone’s papers have been leaked. In fact, all the agencies to which JSSC had given the responsibility of conducting the examination were blacklisted in some state or the other. Sunita Chaudhary said that more and more medical colleges should be opened to improve medical facilities. Ramgarh is a suitable place for this.
