Lucknow: A case of brutality of an agriculture officer has come to light. This agriculture officer beat up the truck driver and put a rod in his eye just because he was not allowing his vehicle to pass. The Haiwan Agriculture Officer was caught by the local people and handed over to Intauja Police. The injured truck driver has been admitted to KGMU Trauma Centre.
Case of Itaunja police station area of Lucknow
The incident took place in Itaunja police station area of Lucknow. It is being told that Suni Pal, a resident of Muzaffar Nagar, was going from Itaunja via Kursi Road in a truck. A car was driving behind him. The car driver was continuously blowing his horn to move his car forward. Due to lack of space, Sonu did not give him the pass. Meanwhile, the truck reached near Veerpur village of Itaunja. Taking the opportunity, the car driver overtook the truck and stopped it.
He was beaten severely and a rod was inserted into his eyes.
According to the information, the car driver dragged Sonu from the truck and beat him. Not only this, he also beat Sonu with the rods kept in the car and inserted the rods in his eyes. Due to this Sonu’s eyes started bleeding. Seeing this, the agriculture officer tried to run away from the spot, but by then the local people gathered there and caught him. The police was also informed about the incident.
The accused officer is posted in the Agriculture Directorate
When the police reached the spot and inquired, the agriculture officer revealed his name as Veer Singh. He told that he is posted in the Directorate of Agriculture. While arresting the accused Veer Singh, the police also recovered the rods from him. The Scorpio vehicle has also been seized by the police.
