Kanpur: An agreement has been signed between Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) and Penza University of Russia. These two institutions will now do research together. CSJMU Vice Chancellor Prof. through virtual medium. Vinay Kumar Pathak and Vice Rector of Penja University, Prof. Sergei Vasin has signed the MoU. After this, the first international conference was organized with the efforts of both the universities. The subject of the two-day conference is Indian and Russian knowledge systems.
Pro. Vinay Kumar Pathak told the historical relations between India and Russia. He said that better research will be done in the academic world by coordinating the Indian knowledge tradition and the Russian knowledge tradition. Vice Rector of Penza University, Russia, Prof. Sergei Vasin presented his views. On the first day of the conference program, on behalf of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Professor Nachiketa Tiwari of IIT Roorkee presented Phonetics in Sanskrit Language, Pro Vice Chancellor of Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University Professor Sudhir Kumar Awasthi presented the Indian Traditional Ayurvedic System of Medicine. Dr. Anil Kumar Gaurishetty, Professor of Science of Life, IIT Roorkee, on the importance of Sanskrit Language and Indian Knowledge System in Higher Technical Education, Dr. Shravan Kumar Sharma, Director, Center for Canadian English, Gurukul Kangri Deemed University, on the Indian Model of Happy Life, Professor Shivani Sharma of Panjab University gave her views on Yoga, Yojana, and Detachment – Foundation of Indic Studies.

On the second day of the program, on behalf of Penza State University of Russia, Professor Dr. Sergey Vasin Vice Rector PSU, Emergency Response and Long-term Changes in the Social and Economic Systems of Countries Pandemic as a Factor, Professor Dr. Igor Pronin, Dept. of Nano and Micro Electronics Professor of Nanotechnology in Art Evidence from Russian and Foreign Studies, Department of Theory and Practice of Social Work Dr. Tatiana Skorokhodova Professor of The Bengal Renaissance The Experience and the Result of Philosophical Research, Department of Foreign Languages Associate Professor, Dr. Natalia Kostina gave views on Problems and Perspectives of Text Linguistics Russian and Foreign Point of View.

Apart from this, more than 150 students from India and Russia presented their papers. The conference was concluded with the national anthems of both the countries. Vice Chancellor, Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak congratulated the representatives of both the countries on the successful organization of the conference and assured of organizing such events in future also.
