Whose installments were being paid by the loan holder. But after some time the loan installment got bounced. In such a situation, a notice for recovery was issued by the bank. After this the matter reached the court of ADM Finance, Agra. Where Captain Singh was asked by the bank to deposit Rs 7 lakh. Captain Singh Chaudhary’s son Sanjay told that his father had deposited the entire money in the ADM court. But by mistake no NOC was taken from the bank. Because of which bank officials are harassing us from time to time. After this, our case is under consideration in the High Court and today the decision has come in our favor.
