During this time he parked his car on the roadside in front of the showroom. Meanwhile, three unknown people came and sat on the back seat of his car. And took the driver hostage at gunpoint. And the accused took the car with them and went near Kuberpur gate and made the driver come out of the car. And ran away taking the car with them. In this case, a case was registered on the basis of complaint in New Agra police station on 23 November. After which the police started arresting the accused.

After which the police took immediate action and started checking by placing a barrier on Poiya. During this time he saw two vehicles coming.

After this the accused opened fire on the police team. In such a situation, the police team also responded by firing from its side. During this time, the accused sitting in the back seat stopped the car and started running away. But the police surrounded and arrested the two accused and recovered two cars including a stolen car from them. And two pistols, three live cartridges and two empty cartridges of 315 were recovered from them. The arrested accused are Anup alias Neeraj son of Feru Singh, resident of Kanchanpur police station Karhal, district Mainpuri, Jitendra Bhadoria alias Deepu son of Mukut Singh resident of Karhal police station Karhal Mainpuri.
Announcement of reward of ₹ 25000 to policemen
