AGRA News: SHO-IO removed the section of gang rape in the investigation, investigation started after ACP’s report

Agra. An investigation has been started against the SHO and investigating officer (investigator) of Trans Yamuna police station in the case of removing the section of gang rape from the case. Based on the report of ACP Chhatta, DCP has started investigation on the negligence of Agra police station Trans Yamuna in-charge and investigator in investigation. It has been alleged that the section of gang rape was increased in the investigation. After which that section was removed from the charge sheet. In the name of getting the release of a person who was called to the police station for questioning in a murder that took place in the Trans Yamuna area, three accused, posing as journalists, cheated thousands of rupees. In which the police have registered a case of Chauth recovery. Let us tell you that a girl from Trans Yamuna area had gone missing on June 17. In this regard, a case of kidnapping was registered in the police station on July 12. The girl was recovered three days after the trial. In which she told that she was kept in a hotel in Firozabad and the girl accused three people including the coaching operator of gang rape. In such a situation, the investigator increased the section of gang rape. But when the charge sheet was filed, the section was removed. The girl’s family complained about this to higher authorities.

Police asked for ₹ 50000 to save an accused

When the charge sheet of this case reached ACP Chhatta RK Singh, he raised questions on the omission of the section. And said that if the allegations were not true then why was the section imposed. After this, Belanganj outpost in-charge investigated the matter. In which the police station chief was held responsible for the negligence of the investigator and ACP Chhatta submitted his report to the DCP. A case of Chauth recovery has been registered against three people in the police station Trans Yamuna. These people are accused of demanding around ₹ 50,000 from the brother of a person who was taken to the police station for questioning in the Lakhan murder case to save him. But when the victim said that he did not have money, they took ₹ 40,000 from him and his wife by threatening them with going to jail. After this, if the victim complained about this to anyone, he was threatened to be framed in the news. After this the victim complained about this in Trans Yamuna police station.

Police station Trans Yamuna in-charge Sumanesh Vikal says that on the basis of the complaint of complainant Yogesh, a case of Chauth extortion has been registered against Anil Chaudhary, Manoj Kumar and Rupendra Chaudhary and further action is being taken.
