These guides, along with scammers, extort money from tourists. Active fires near the world famous monument Taj Mahal are tainting its identity and beauty. They are forcibly surrounding the tourists coming from India and abroad and cheating them. Some guide mafias allegedly involved in this work are supporting these boys. Lapke makes the tourists buy from their pre-arranged emporium. He also sells expensive things to tourists for commission. Many tourists have also complained about this in the tourism police station.

Complaints have already been made

Some guides at the Eastern Gate are illegally extorting money from mafia guides. Their work has been affected after the government earmarked a place for the guides at the East Gate. That’s why they also threaten the guides. More than 44 stay guides filed a complaint in the tourism police station. A case has been registered against Shahnawaz alias Shannu, Monis and three to four unknown people under serious sections.
