In Agra, DM Bhanu Chandra Goswami called a meeting to review the development work at his camp office. In which District Chief Development Officer Pratibha Singh and Block Development Officers of all the blocks were also present. During this, DM Bhanu Chandra Goswami sought clarification from Block Development Officer (BDO) Anirudh Singh Chauhan on the problems of the regional people and the slow pace of development works in the development block area Barauli Ahir. On this BDO Anirudh suddenly became aggressive. He got agitated and started using abusive language towards the DM. In the meeting, he started abusing the DM and threatened to see him. Threatened to kill. The BDO did not calm down even after the people present there and the CDO explained. He tried to attack the DM. Tried to assault him. The people present in the meeting were shocked by this act. Somehow they caught the accused. In this case, a complaint has been filed by Assistant Development Officer Khandauli Pankaj Kumar in Rakabganj police station against the accused BDO for obstruction in government work and behavior contrary to employee conduct rules. The police have registered a case and are conducting raids to arrest the accused.
FIR against 2 including DIOS in fake affidavit case
An FIR was registered against the District School Inspector (DIOS) of Agra in the police station Barber Market on charges of preparing fake affidavit. In which office Babu Naveen Gupta was also nominated. After the FIR case, now the DIOS has clarified that the person who has lodged the FIR has nothing to do with Anglo Bengali Girls Inter College or its case. In the matter of Anglo Bengali Girls Inter College, Agra, Bhupendra Kumar, a resident of Surauthi, has filed a case against DIOS Dinesh Kumar and office assistant Naveen Gupta under sections 420, 467, 468 and 120 B in the police station Barber Mandi. In which he alleged that DIOS Dinesh Kumar and Office Assistant Naveen Kumar Gupta prepared a fake affidavit on July 1, 2023 to put pressure on the college manager Devjit Ghosh.
They are unnecessarily creating a conspiracy against me – District School Inspector
DIOS Dinesh Kumar says that Bhupendra Singh is neither a member of the committee of that college, nor a teacher, nor a Babu, nor a fourth class employee. He is unnecessarily involved in this matter and along with him there are two-three other people who are unnecessarily creating a conspiracy against me. On the question of fake affidavit, he said that I have not prepared any fake affidavit. I joined here on 1st July 2023. How can any officer hatch a conspiracy from the day he joins? While he will look at the living and other arrangements, he will also look at the affidavit to see what shortcomings are there in it. I will inform the higher police officers and Lucknow about the FIR lodged against me.
