Miscreants committed robbery in broad daylight at a jewelers shop in Agra. The miscreants reached the jewelers shop located in Sikandra police station area and looted jewelery worth Rs 500,000 and Rs 40,000 in cash at gunpoint and fled from the spot. When the police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident, they interrogated the shopkeeper and he told that three youths had come riding on a bike. This entire incident has been captured in the CCTV camera. Police has started searching for the accused.

This is how the crime was committed

Actually, bullion businessman Sajal Sharma has a gold and silver shop at Karkunj intersection of Sector 10 of Sikandra police station area. Sajal Sharma told that at around 3:00 pm three miscreants had come riding on a bike. The mouths of all three were covered with cloth. One accused was wearing a black T-shirt and jeans and had a weapon in his waist. At the time when the miscreants entered the shop, I looked like a customer. In such a situation, as soon as the miscreant came, he placed the weapon on my temple and the other miscreant also came inside. His third companion remained standing outside the shop.

The miscreant threatened to kill – victim businessman

Bullion businessman Sajal Sharma told that the miscreant put the gun on my temple and told me to sit down quietly otherwise he would shoot me. He stood near me with the weapon until he had looted the entire thing. The second criminal who entered the shop kept all the jewelery in his bag and took out Rs 40,000 in cash from the bag. After this, both the miscreants pulled down the shutter from outside and fled from the spot. Somehow he called his acquaintances and got the shutter of the shop opened.

The victim shopkeeper immediately informed the police about the incident, after which Sikandra police station and ACP Mayank Tiwari reached the spot. The police saw the CCTV cameras installed in the shop. In which this entire incident has been captured. The police have taken the DVR into their possession and are busy searching the nearby cameras. ACP Mayank Tiwari says that the miscreants will be arrested soon.
