A speeding truck hit the auto near the Gurudwara intersection on the Agra Mathura Highway. The auto came between two trucks and was completely damaged. Six people traveling in the auto died in the accident. The accident was so terrible that the bodies of all the deceased were mutilated. The people present at the spot did not provide any kind of help. Neither did they take out the dead bodies nor tried to remove the damaged vehicles from the road. Top officials reached the spot and immediately sent the bodies for post-mortem.
Actually, an auto from Bhagwan Talkies intersection of Agra was going towards Sikandra with about 5 to 6 passengers. The truck was moving in front of the auto at Gurudwara Guru Ka Taal Cut on the way. Meanwhile, a truck coming from behind hit the auto. Due to which the auto got stuck between the front and rear truck. The collision was so strong that the auto was completely crushed. As soon as the accident happened, there was an outcry on the spot and the people present nearby immediately ran towards the damaged auto.
A 13 year old child was also included in the dead.
It is being told that the people who died in this road accident. They include two women, three men and a 13-year-old child. A woman walking next to the auto is a teacher of Monica St. Android School. She was returning home after school in her Activa. Due to this, she also got hit by this accident and she also died. After the accident, both the truck drivers left the truck and ran away. As soon as information about the incident was received, District Magistrate Bhanu Chandra Goswami reached the spot. Before this, police forces of many police stations and city magistrate along with DCP City also reached the spot. The District Magistrate immediately removed the damaged vehicles from the road and made the traffic smooth.
Deepak, who was present at the spot when the incident took place, said that while trying to save the scooty, the truck hit the auto. Six people traveling in the auto died in the accident. A crowd of people gathered around the incident site. People were making videos of the injured and the dead. No one extended a helping hand. A young man was the first to reach for help. He also kept calling people but no one came for help.
The blood spilled on the road was washed away
After the accident the police called the fire brigade. The fire brigade vehicle washed the road with water and cleaned the flesh and blood spread on the road. The road was blocked due to the accident. In such a situation, there was a long traffic jam from Guru Ka Tal to Rambagh Mandi Committee. Hundreds of vehicles were forced to remain stuck in the jam. DCP City Suraj Rai said that five people died in the collision between a truck and an auto. And another person died in the hospital during treatment.
