Agra: Inspector suspended for removing section of gang rape during investigation, police station incharge may also face punishment

Agra News: in Uttar Pradesh Agra The Inspector of Trans Yamuna police station has been suspended for negligence in investigation. The Inspector had removed the section of gang rape in the investigation, which was investigated and ACP Chhata had submitted a report to the officers against the Inspector and the station in-charge for negligence in the investigation. DCP City conducted an investigation in this matter, in which the accused Inspector has been suspended. A girl from Trans Yamuna area had gone missing on June 17. In this regard, a case of kidnapping was registered in the police station on July 12. The girl was rescued safely after three days of the trial, in which she told that she was kept in a hotel in Firozabad and the girl accused three people including the coaching operator of gang rape. In such a situation, the investigator increased the section of gang rape. But, when the charge sheet was filed, the section was removed. The girl’s family complained about this to higher authorities.
