Agra News: In Agra district of Uttar Pradesh, a cement and rebar businessman and his brother were attacked by some people at their business establishment. The businessman and his brother were assaulted, leaving both victims seriously injured. The victim has complained about this incident in Sikandra police station. CCTV video of this case has surfaced. In which many people are seen beating the businessman and his brother. Nikhil Aggarwal, a cement and rebar trader resident of Unify Homes Shastripuram in Thana Sikandra area, has a building material business establishment in the name of Shrim Enterprises in Shastripuram. He told that he had bought bars worth Rs 10 lakh from a businessman named Manoj Gupta. The payment of which was made to businessman Manoj Gupta through RTGS within 25 days. But, despite that, Manoj Gupta started claiming Rs 35 thousand as outstanding. Manoj Gupta said that the goods given to you were worth Rs 13.5 lakh. After giving 10 lakhs, 3.50 lakhs are left. Along with this, Manoj Gupta started demanding Rs 53 thousand including interest.
Victim Nikhil Aggarwal in Agra told that Manoj Gupta along with some of his goons reached his business establishment at around 6.30 pm on Sunday evening. Where he and his elder brother were present. According to Nikhil, Manoj started asking for money from him. When he refused, the goons present with him and Manoj started beating him and his brother with the intention of killing him.
Victim Nikhil Aggarwal told that they were beaten badly due to which he suffered many injuries. After this, Manoj Gupta forcibly got the check signed from him on the strength of his goons and weapons. The allegation is that he threatened to kill. Along with this he asked to be implicated in a false case. The victim has lodged a complaint in the Sikandra police station, the police has started investigating the matter.
