Agra: Court gives next date in Radha Soami Satsang Sabha and administration dispute case, now hearing will be on October 10

Agra. The case of the dispute between Radha Soami Satsang Sabha and the police administration regarding freeing the land from encroachment was to be heard today on 5th October. In which the next date has been given after the hearing of the petitioner today. Under which the hearing will now be held on October 10. The High Court has given orders to maintain status quo till then. Also, this time the villagers have also included their side in the matter.

Let us tell you that notices were given to Radha Soami Satsang Sabha by Sadar Tehsil of Agra to remove encroachment on government land, public road and canal and continuous action was going on in this. The administration was also given 7 days time for the Satsang Sabha. After the time expired, when the Tehsil and police team went to remove the encroachment, the roads were again occupied by the Satsang Sabha.

There was a huge uproar during the liberation

On Sunday, the district administration and police team again went to free the encroachment. But there was a lot of chaos during the satsang meeting. In which stone pelting also took place and many policemen, journalists and other people were injured. After this, the district administration had given time to Satsang Sabha to show its papers in 7 days.

But the Satsang Sabha filed a petition in the High Court challenging the order of the Tehsil Administration. On which the Satsang Sabha was given a stay of 2 days. After this, a hearing was held in the High Court on 27 September. And the Satsang Sabha was given a stay till 5th October. After this, the hearing was held again in the High Court today. In which the court has fixed October 10 for hearing. Till then orders have been given to maintain status quo on the spot.
