When the student tries to escape, he is chased and caught again and beaten up. When the student’s father complained about this matter to the police at the police station, he was asked to provide proof of assault. And his FIR was not registered for a month. Now, on the orders of the Police Commissioner, a case has been registered against those who attacked under the section of rebellion and assault. The incident took place at Nagla Mohanlal Trans Yamuna. Shyam Singh, a resident of this place, has lodged a complaint at Etmaduddaula police station. According to the complaint, on October 16, his son had a dispute with his classmate Yamuna Bridge student in school. The school officials reached a compromise between the two students and pacified the matter.
The victim’s father told that on the evening of 20th October, when his son came out of his coaching class in Agra Kekamla Nagar after studying, the students who had a dispute with him forcibly took him to their home asking him to meet his father. There his son was taken hostage and beaten severely. When even after this he was not satisfied, his son was thrown out of the house and beaten with kicks and punches.
