Agra. Preparations for the Agniveer recruitment rally at Eklavya Sports Stadium have been completed. For the recruitment rally starting from December 4, candidates will start getting entry into Eklavya Sports Stadium from 1 pm on Sunday night. The administration has made changes in the traffic arrangements for the next 14 days. Preparations for the Army Recruitment Rally to be held for the youth of twelve districts under the Army Recruitment Office have been completed. Candidates will get entry only till 6 am. On the first day, the recruitment rally will start for Agniveer technical category with the youth of twelve districts including Agra, Etah, Etawah, Firozabad, Hathras, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kasganj, Lalitpur, Mathura and Mainpuri. Information leaflets with instructions regarding recruitment have been put up at major places in the city. On Sunday, Major General Manoj Tiwari of Regional Recruitment Office, Lucknow visited the rally venue. From December 4, candidates will be gathered in the ground and a race will be conducted in groups of 100-100. A 400 meter track has been made for the race, in which candidates will have to complete four laps within the stipulated time to complete the 1.6 kilometer race. Candidates who complete the race on time will be sent for physical test. After which a detailed investigation of the documents will be done. Candidates found medically unfit will be sent to Military Hospital, Agra for review. Army Recruitment Office has asked the candidates not to do video recording of the recruitment.
