The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had summoned RJD supremo Lalu Yadav in the ‘Land for Job’ case and asked him to appear at the ED office in Delhi on December 27 and record his statement. According to the information received, Lalu Yadav will not appear in the ED office on Wednesday. Lalu Yadav’s side will be presented by his lawyer. Let us tell you that ED had also sent summons to Lalu Yadav and his son Tejashwi Yadav in the job in exchange for land of Railways case. Tejashwi Yadav did not appear before the ED, after which summons has been sent to him again. Now Lalu Yadav is also not going to appear before the ED. This has been confirmed by RJD.
RJD spokesperson Chittaranjan Gagan said that Lalu Yadav will not appear at the ED office in Delhi on December 27. Citing health reasons, he has expressed his inability to appear. Let us tell you that Tejashwi Yadav has stood in the opposition along with Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who have ignored the ED summons.
