In the chargesheet filed by the ED, it has been told that Sisodia and the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party hatched a conspiracy. In the chargesheet, the ED has claimed that a conspiracy was hatched in the fraudulent transactions.
Raghav Chadha was present in the meeting at Sisodia’s house
ED’s chargesheet states that Manish Sisodia A meeting was held at the residence of Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Raghav Chadha, ACS Finance, Government of Punjab, Excise Commissioner, Varun Roojam, FCT and officials of Punjab Excise, in which Vijay Nair was also present. Chadha’s name surfaced when Manish Sisodia’s secretary took his name.

As told in the ED’s charge sheet, there was a conversation between Sameer Mahendru and Arvind Kejriwal. Sameer Mahendru had a meeting with K. Kavita. Kavita’s husband was also present in this meeting.
