Advocate Hemant Yadav recovered in the name of managing liquor scam, bought a house worth crores in Dubai

Delhi’s lawyer Hemant Yadav obtained LLB degree in the year 2020, but did not practice in any court. Despite this, he maintains the status of a millionaire. He has bought a house in Delhi for Rs 13 crore, while in Dubai he has bought a house worth Rs 3.76 crore. He also has expensive cars. He has acquired this property by doing extortion in the name of managing the liquor scam.

He had saved some numbers in the names of officers of Jharkhand, Delhi and other states. By making fake WhatsApp chats with this, he used to claim himself to have a close relationship with these big officers. With the help of these officers, he used to collect money by claiming to manage the officers of ED. This has been revealed in the raid that took place at his house last days.

After the investigation of Delhi liquor scam started, ED was getting information that many groups are active in the name of managing the case. During the investigation, information was received that a lawyer named Hemant Yadav and some other persons including Gaurav Jha had collected money in the name of the Joint Director monitoring the liquor scam. After this raids were conducted at the places of Hemant Yadav and Gaurav Jha under the leadership of Joint Director Kapil Raj.

74 lakh cash was found from Hemant’s house during the raid. Also, apart from buying houses in Delhi and Dubai, some documents related to ED’s case and copies of summons issued to the accused were found. An Audi and a Mercedes car were found from his house. The cost of the house bought in Delhi was estimated at Rs 15 crore. Along with this, it has been estimated to spend five crore rupees in the decoration of the house. Documents recovered from the house revealed that he had also bought a house in Dubai for 16,73,000 Arab Emirates Dirhams (AID). In Indian rupees, this amount is more than 3.76 crores.
