Advocate and police who came to measure land in Bhandaro village attacked, 3 injured

In Bhandaro village of Herodih police station area located in Jharkhandham of Giridih district, the accused attacked the officers and police team who had gone to measure the land as per the court order. The officers and police involved in the team were beaten and abused.

In this regard, injured advocate Amar Kumar has lodged a complaint at Herodih police station. He has nominated nine people from the village itself. 10-15 unidentified people have also been charged. As soon as the application was received, a team of Herodih police was formed and a person who assaulted the concerned officer was arrested.

In relation to the incident, it is said that in the light of letter number 166/24 of Civil Judge Senior Category I Giridih, measurement information advocate Amar Kumar, Amin and police force were also appointed for land measurement regarding partition case number 187/16. . The team reached Bhandaro village and started measuring the said land.

During this, the defendant started arguing against this. After this the team was suddenly attacked. Three people have been injured in the assault case. Among the injured were Advocate Commissioner Amar Kumar, Police Constable Pawan Kumar, Baghambar Mohan Sinha.

Here, in the complaint lodged at Herodih police station, the Advocate Commissioner has said that he had come to measure the land as per the order of the court. During this, the defendants’ side suddenly attacked the team with sticks. Three people were seriously injured in this.

Those who beat and abused included 10-15 unidentified people including Seeto Rana, Balgovind Rana, Radhey Mistry, Mahendra Rana, Pankaj Rana, Jagi Rana, Seeto Rana, Balgovind Rana and Radhey Mistry’s wife.

Information was not received earlier: Police station in-charge

Herodih police station in-charge Dharmendra Kumar Aggarwal said that the officer who had come from the court had not given the information. When the incident happened and information was received, the police immediately arrived and started investigation. As soon as the application was received, Jagi Rana, a resident of Bhandaro village, was arrested. At the same time, a campaign will be launched to arrest other accused.
