Advertisement pasted on the house of Lalu Yadav’s brother-in-law Subhash Yadav, if he does not appear within 30 days, it will be confiscated.

On Tuesday, the police of Bihta police station has pasted a notice warrant at the private residence of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad’s brother-in-law and former MP Subhash Yadav in Kautilya Nagar MLA Colony. Airport police was also there along with Bihta police station. The police pasted the advertisement on his residence along with drums and left. If Subhash Yadav does not appear within 30 days, then his property will be confiscated.

Case of seven katha land of Neura

The police also told this through miking. On May 4, 2023, Bhim Sharma, resident of Bela village of Neura, had filed case number 425/23 in Bihta police station against seven including Subhash Yadav. Bhim had alleged that his mother had registered seven katha land of Neura in the name of Subhash Yadav’s wife Renu Devi on 26 February 2021 and she had received Rs 96 lakh.

Neither the land nor the money was recovered

Subhash Yadav is accused that after taking the money, he sent his people and called the mother and brother to his residence in Kautilya Nagar on 27th February, the next day of the registry. After this, they took both of them hostage and took Rs 60 lakh 50 thousand and said that they will return the land. But neither the land nor the money was recovered. In this case, Subhash, Subhash’s wife Renu Devi, Subhash’s son Randhir Yadav, Pankaj Singh of Bela village, Arun Kumar alias Munshi and Arjun Rai are accused.

The case was registered after the Chief Minister went to the Janata Darbar.

Bhim’s ancestral land is on Neura-Khagail road. After losing the land along with the money, he lodged a complaint at Bihta police station. But he did not get justice and when he went to the Chief Minister’s Janata Darbar and complained, a case was registered in Bihta police station.
