However, amidst all these investigations, the institute also claims that after the year 1970, when the Bihar government started a campaign towards education and started trying to open more and more educational institutions, instead of constructing new buildings, they Took over the schools which were built by Adim Jati Seva Mandal. It has also been claimed that all these schools have been run by the government since 1975. However, the institute does not have any document to support this claim.
