Lucknow: Mau MLA Abbas Ansari (Abbas Ansari News) reached Ghazipur on Wednesday morning. He left for Ghazipur from Kasganj jail late on Tuesday evening. The Supreme Court has given interim bail of three days to Abbas Ansari. In these three days, Abbas will read Fatiha at the grave of his father Mukhtar Ansari (Mukhtar Ansari News) on 10 April. After this he will be kept in Ghazipur jail. He will meet his family members on 11th and 12th April. Abbas will be brought back to Kasganj jail on 13 April. The Supreme Court has not allowed Abbas Ansari to talk to the media.
Mukhtar Ansari died on March 28
Mukhtar Ansari died of a heart attack on March 28 at Banda Medical College. Abbas Ansari could not attend his father’s funeral due to being lodged in Kasganj jail. He had sought permission from the High Court and the Supreme Court to attend the funeral. But the application could not be heard. Now there is Fatiha (special prayer) of Mukhtar Ansari on 10th April. The lawyers of jailed MLA Abbas Ansari (Abbas Ansari News) had filed an amended petition in the Supreme Court seeking permission to participate in Fateha. After hearing this petition, the Supreme Court has granted interim bail of three days to Abbas Ansari.
