conspiracy to defame me

The AAP MP has further said in the notice that this has been done under a conspiracy to defame me. There are no witnesses or evidence against me anywhere. this is wrong and offensive

In the notice, all the allegations regarding the excise matter have been clearly denied and it has been said that these are completely baseless, malicious and based on the foundation of sheer lies. The name of AAP MP Sanjay Singh was mentioned by the investigating agency ED without any basis. It has been shown by the ED that Sanjay Singh is also involved in the case, which is wrong and defamatory. The work of misrepresenting the alleged statement of Dinesh Arora recorded by ED in the case has been done. Not only this, the ED deliberately added the name of Sanjay Singh without any basis, due to which he has been defamed.

It is notable that MP Sanjay Singh has earlier also accused ED of taking false statements from some people by pressurizing them in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
