A 47-year-old middle-aged man riding a bike molested a 15-year-old minor student returning from tuition in Bulandshahr, UP. The accused bike rider was caught on CCTV near the spot molesting a middle-aged student of Mursaline. The victim informed her family about the matter, after which a complaint was lodged with the Kotwali police. The police started investigation on the basis of the complaint. On the basis of CCTV footage, the police arrested Mursaline. It is alleged that the police broke the bone of the same hand of Mursaline with which she had molested the minor student.
The accused had absconded after molesting

In this sequence, Bulandshahr police broke the same hand of the accused with which he had molested the student. According to the victim’s family, the student was returning home after studying tuition, when a person riding a bike molested the student in a narrow street and ran away. This entire incident of molestation was captured in CCTV. It can be seen in the CCTV footage that the accused comes from behind the student and comes in front of the student and again turns the bike towards the student and goes towards the student and molests her. On the basis of CCTV footage, the accused was identified as Mursaleen. Since the matter concerned two communities, the police immediately swung into action and arrested the accused.
Police caught the accused within 1 hour
The accused had molested the student with his right hand, it is alleged that the police broke the bone of the same right hand of the accused with which he had molested the student, so that the miscreant could not commit such a crime again. In the entire matter, SSP Shlok Kumar told that the incident of molestation of the student was captured in the CCTV camera. Within just 1 hour the police took the accused into custody and sent him to jail. On the issue of hand breaking, it was told that when the police had gone to arrest the accused, there was a scuffle between them and the accused’s hand was broken after falling.
