Gorakhpur: A case of rape of a Kanpur girl who had come to meet her friend in the forest has come to light. The girl alleges that when she went to AIIMS police station in Gorakhpur to lodge a complaint, a sub-inspector sent her away. After this, the girl went to Kanpur and registered a case and demanded action from the police. Actually, a 17-year-old girl from Kanpur became friends with a person from Gorakhpur on Instagram. Both of them kept talking to each other for several days. Meanwhile, another friend of the man joined the girl on Instagram. Both of them called the girl to Gorakhpur on the pretext of taking her for a tour. The girl alleges that when she came to Gorakhpur on January 11, both of them took her to the forest. Raped her there. A video was also made during this period. Both of them ran away, threatening to make the video viral if any complaint was made. The victim then reached AIIMS police station. An inspector present there denied any such incident and sent him away. After this, the girl went to Kanpur and lodged a case at Jajmau police station.

Meanwhile, Kanpur Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar said that on the complaint of the girl, a case was registered against an unknown person in Jajmau police station of the district under sections of POCSO and rape. The police team has left for Gorakhpur to arrest the accused. Gorakhpur SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi said that information about the incident has been received from Kanpur Police. Whenever the police comes to Gorakhpur for investigation, full cooperation will be given. Help will be provided in taking strict action against the accused.

Death of two children who slept after lighting a bonfire in their room in Gorakhpur.

When the door was not opened till late in the morning, the brother-in-law living in the neighborhood came and called. When no sound was heard from inside, the other brothers were called and when the door was broken, all three were lying unconscious on the bed. The family took all three to a nearby nursing home, where both the children were declared dead. While the mother’s condition remains critical.

Radhika has not been informed about the death of her children. On the other hand, Dilip was also not informed about the incident. He was informed that all three were ill, after which he also left for home. The bodies of both the children have been kept at home, the decision to conduct post-mortem will be taken after the father’s arrival.
