A fight broke out in Madhepura over throwing stove ashes, one died

Madhepura. The dispute over throwing of ashes in Chausa of Madhepura became so violent that so far one person has died, while around half a dozen people are said to be injured. There was a dispute between two parties on Wednesday morning over throwing ashes. This dispute escalated so much that within no time there was heavy lathi charge from both the sides. People started killing each other. Seven people are reported to have been injured in this clash, out of which one injured person died during treatment. The injured people from both sides are being treated in the same hospital.

There was a clash on Monday also

In the context of the incident, it was told that on Monday in Madhepura, people of one party threw a house in their own land, the dust of which was flying into the house of the other party. There was a lot of fighting between the two sides regarding this issue on Monday and it calmed down, but this incident was repeated once again on Wednesday. On protesting, Mohammad Islam’s neighbors and people from the other side of the incident threw a piece of brick at Islam’s house. Due to this issue, a clash started again between the two sides which soon turned into a bloody conflict.

Report of seven people injured

In this violent clash, Mohammad Islam (48 years), Mohammad Amjad (32 years), Mohammad Altaf (27 years), Asmin Khatoon (20 years), Mohammad Kalim (35 years) were seriously injured, while from the other side Mohammad Babar (52 years). Mohammad Azad, (25 years) and Mohammad Mushtaq (32 years) are reported to be injured. After the incident, all the injured were admitted to the Community Health Center Chausa for treatment by the nearby people. The medical officer treating there, Dr. Swanginin Kumari, after first aid, referred the seriously injured Mo Islam, Mo Amjad and Mo Babad to the Medical College, Bhagalpur for better treatment.

FIR not filed yet

It is said that Mo Islam had a deep injury on his head. Seeing his critical condition, his family decided to take him to a private hospital in Purnia for treatment. He died during treatment late on Wednesday afternoon. On the other hand, as soon as the information about the death was received at the deceased’s house, there was chaos among the family members. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of Chausa police station reached the spot with its team and started investigating the matter. Police Station Head Ramesh Kumar said that at present no application has been given by the family. Further action will be taken upon receipt of the application.
