9 arrested including woman in Madhepura triple murder case, know who had hatched the murder conspiracy

Madhepura. Police have solved the mystery of the triple murder that took place on December 18 in Sakarpura, Madhepura. Police have arrested 9 people including a woman involved in this famous murder case. The police has also recovered the weapon used in the crime. The elder brother had conspired to murder the younger brother over a land dispute.

Nine accused of murder arrested

In Madhepura SP office, Kosi area DIG Shivdeep Lande said that the police had taken this incident as a challenge. Under the leadership of Madhepura SP, three teams were formed to uncover this incident and arrest the criminals involved in the incident. The three teams jointly worked day and night for 60 hours and successfully solved the incident and 9 accused involved in the incident were arrested.

Weapons recovered from the accused

DIG said that the criminals involved in this incident, Amrendra Sah, are betel nut killers and Niranjan Sah are professional criminals. Many cases are registered against them in various police stations. The criminal history of other arrested accused is also being investigated. Police have recovered two country-made pistols, five bullets and five mobile phones used in the incident from the arrested criminals. The arrested criminals include Amarendra Sah, Ramnarayan Sah, Niranjan Sah, Abhishek Kumar, Bablu Sah, Amarjeet Kumar, Chandan Devi, Vinod Kumar and Neeraj Kumar.

The murder took place on Sunday night

On Sunday night, three people including a woman from the same family were shot dead. The deceased include Surya Narayan Sah (50), his wife Anita Devi and son Pradyuman Sah. All three have been shot in the head. A large number of people from the surrounding areas had gathered at the spot. Madhepura SP, ASP and Kosi Range DIG Shivdeep Lande also reached the spot.

There was a dispute regarding land

The deceased were identified as Suryanarayan Sah (50), Anita Devi (46) and Pradyuman Sah (25). Surya Narayan Shah was having a land dispute with his elder brother Ramnarayan Shah for many years. There were several incidents of fighting between the two sides regarding this. The land dispute case is going on in the court. Local people are linking it to a land dispute. Deceased Suryanarayan Shah had two sons.

There was already suspicion on the son.

Elder son Sushil Kumar alias Raman had two marriages. His first wife left him and got married again. The younger son Pradyuman had three marriages. There used to be frequent fights between husband and wife. Due to domestic disputes, the first two wives left Pradyumna. After this, Pradyumna got married for the third time 5 months ago. Pradyumna had taken his wife to her maternal home a week ago.
