The country is moving towards the target of 2037. Changes are now visible. Youth are the creators of the future, who are now creating job opportunities instead of running after jobs. One has to prepare for how to live life in the changing environment, how to take steps to face the challenges and how to find a way out of the challenges. Earlier, where a particular idea used to develop new technology, now ideas are changing with the development of technology. Changes in technology create instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in the mind. In such a situation, there is a need to consider whether humans will handle technology or technology will handle humans. For proper use of technology, human values have to be taken along with it. Life can be changed by value and policy based life. If life is not based on values, then we will not be able to move forward.
