41 thousand people left the job in Reliance Jio, know what is the main reason for leaving the job

The company gave jobs to more than 70 people

According to the annual report of Reliance Industries, where on one hand a large number of people left the company, on the other hand, in the last financial year 2022-23, the company also reinstated a large number of people. Reliance Jio hired 70,418 people. 95326 employees work in this telecom operator, which has come out according to the annual report of Reliance Industries. It has also been revealed in the annual report of Reliance Industries that the company has given a total of 1,43,439,839 hours of training related to work and personal life to its employees. However, it is a matter of concern for the company that the number of people leaving the company in FY2023 is high. Compared to FY 2022, this time the number of employees leaving the company has increased by 64.8 percent.

Benefits of increasing jobs in retail and telecom sector

It is understood that the employees leaving Reliance are leaving the company to take advantage of the increasing hiring in the retail and telecom sectors in the country. However, there is a possibility that employees unhappy with changing their roles in the retail and telecom segments may have said bye-bye to the company. It was told in the company’s annual report that Reliance arranged good training for the better mental and physical condition of its employees throughout the year. With these trainings, the employees of the company not only did their work efficiently, but also became mentally eager to adapt to the working environment of the company.
