40 trains will stop at Patna Sahib station due to Prakash Parv, changes in the routes of many trains, see list

Prakash Parv 2024: On the occasion of the holy festival of Guru Gobind Singh, 20 pairs of trains have got a halt at Patna Sahib station. Apart from this, the route of many trains has been changed due to other reasons. An order has been issued by the Railways regarding Prakash Parv. Trains have been halted here from January 9 to 23. This order has been made public by East Central Railway. Trains are being given stoppage here from January 9 to January 23 and this stoppage has been provided for two minutes. For this, a request was first made to Union Minister Amit Shah. After this this decision has been taken. At the same time, a few days ago, Union Minister Hardeep Singh had also reached Puri Patna. There was a request from his side to stop the trains at Patna Sahib station.

Stoppage given to these trains

This information has been shared by Chief Public Relations Officer Virendra Kumar. Trains coming from Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Haryana, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Kerala, Sikkim, Amritsar, Haryana have been given stoppages on this route. This will greatly benefit the people of Sikh community. Railways has provided halt to 40 trains at Patna Sahib station. These include Asansol – Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminal Mumbai Express, Raxaul – Lokmanya Tilak Karmabhoomi Express, Rajgir Varanasi Buddha Purnima Express, Alipurduar – Delhi Mahananda Express, Howrah Prayagraj, Rambagh Vibhuti Express, Shalimar – Patna Duronto Express, Patna – Puri Bedyanath Dham Express, Akha Guwahati. Dwarka Express, Bhagalpur- Surat Express, Banka- Rajendranagar Express, Kolkata- Nangaldem Express, Howrah New Delhi Purva Express, Dhanbad- Patna City Express, Bhagalpur- Ajmer Express, Anand Bihar Bhagalpur Garibrath Express, Darbhaga- Mysore Bagmati Express, Howrah- Dehradun. – Upasana Express, Kolkata – Udaipur Ananya Express, Jaynagar – Anand Vihar Garibrath Express, Rajendranagar Godda Express trains are included. These will be stopped in both up and down direction.

Changed route of these trains

Here, Barabanki Junction of Lucknow division. But due to NI work, train no. opening from Darbhanga from 09.01.2024 to 11.01.2024. 12565 Darbhanga – New Delhi Bihar Sampark Kranti Express will be operated via the changed route Chhapra Rural – Khaira – Thawe – Siwan – Bhatni – Varanasi City – Varanasi Jn. – Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Jn. – Lucknow – Manaknagar – Kanpur Central. During this period, this train will not stop at Deoria Sadar, Gorakhpur, Badshahnagar and Aishbagh stations and for the convenience of passengers, this train will stop at Varanasi and Lucknow Jn. But it is being given. Anuppur Junction of South East Central Railway. But NI work has to be done. For this reason, train no. starting from East Central Railway. 15231/ 15232 Barauni-Gondia- Barauni Express will be operated on the diverted route.

Train will run on this route

1. Train no. starting from Barauni from 08.01.2024 to 14.01.2024. 15231 Barauni-Gondia Express will be operated via the diverted route Katni-Jabalpur-Nainpur-Balaghat.

2. 2. Train no. opening from Gondia from 09.01.2024 to 15.01.2024. 15232 Gondia-Barauni Express will be operated via the changed route Balaghat-Nainpur-Jabalpur-Katni.

This train was restored

In view of the convenience of passengers, train no. running between Dhanbad and Chandrapura railway stations from 10.01.2024. The operation of 03332/ 03331 Dhanbad- Chandrapura- Dhanbad Passenger Special is being restored. This special will be operated six days a week except Sunday. From 10.01.2024, train no. 03331 Chandrapura- Dhanbad Passenger Special will depart from Chandrapura at 07.10 hrs and reach Dhanbad at 09.40 hrs. Similarly, train no. 03332 Dhanbad- Chandrapura Passenger Special will depart from Dhanbad at 17.05 hrs and reach Chandrapura at 19.45 hrs. In up and down direction, this special will stop at Kusunda, Baseria, Bansjod, Sijua, Katrasgarh, Sonardih, Phulwartand, Jamuniyatand and Devnagar stations/halts.
