CM Yogi, who was among the most popular politicians on social media platforms, has now become the most popular Chief Minister of the country in terms of followers. CM Yogi’s personal account @myogiadityanath has more than 2.74 crore followers on social media platform X. With this, he has left behind Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal (2.73 crore) in terms of followers on X. With this, CM Yogi has become the third most popular politician on X after PM Modi and Amit Shah. PM Modi has more than 9.51 crore followers on X while Amit Shah has 3.44 crore followers. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s social media reach is more than that of prominent political figures like Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, who have 24.8 million and 19.1 million followers on Facebook respectively. Apart from his personal X account, Yogi Adityanath’s personal office account @myogioffice also attracts a lot of attention, which has more than 10 million followers. This account, started in January 2019, has become the largest individual office account in the country.

FIR lodged against person who made objectionable remarks on CM Yogi

An FIR has been registered in Hazratganj police station of Lucknow against the person who made objectionable remarks on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Police is investigating the accused according to the IP address. Let us tell you that Satnam Singh alias Lavi, resident of Aishbagh Chittakheda alleges that a post has been issued on X with the handle @anarkaliofara. In which objectionable words have been used for the Chief Minister. Satnam Singh filed a complaint in Hazratganj Kotwali regarding this post made on X. Inspector Vikram Singh said that investigation is being done by registering a case under sections of spreading disharmony, threatening, abusing and IT Act.
