Kanpur. Now you can get your problems solved on 19 types of services and facilities related to municipal corporation and water supply on a single platform. This includes everything from roads, sewers, drinking water, garbage disposal to house tax and birth-death registration. These services have started in the Common Facility Center after its inauguration by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. On the very first working day, 50 people themselves withdrew tokens from the machine in this Municipal Corporation center like banks and went to the counters and made complaints and also made applications. Its trial was going on for three months. It was inaugurated by the Chief Minister on 28 October. It has become active from Monday. Now you do not need to go to the six zones of Municipal Corporation or Jalkal and complain. Complaints will be forwarded from this center and the disposal process will be monitored online. Municipal Commissioner and Smart City CEO Shiv Sharanappa GN has directed that action will be taken against negligence in disposal.

If you want to get any problem resolved or make a complaint among the 19 services, then you will have to choose the option on the machine installed at the entrance of this center located in the Municipal Corporation Headquarters. As soon as you click on the section related to which there is a problem, a token will come out. The counter number and your waiting number will appear on it. For example, if your problem is of street light, then 10 will be written on the token and after that the waiting number. There are separate counters for each section and service. You will have to wait in front of that counter. Your number will appear on the monitor. Go to the counter and submit a complaint letter or application. Along with registering the complaint there, you will get a QR code.
