144th foundation day of ZAP-01 celebrated, feat of soldiers surprised

Zap One has a glorious history. From the battlefield to devotion to duty, the soldiers here have a special identity. Therefore it is in demand everywhere. Additional Director General of Police Raj Kumar Mallik said these things. He spoke as the chief guest on the 144th foundation day of JAP-01 on Friday. He said that the demand for ZAP-01 soldiers has increased significantly. Strength has also increased. In such a situation, there is now a shortage of space here. To overcome this shortage, the government has been demanded to provide land at other places also. Before this, the chief guest paid tribute and salute to the martyred soldiers at the Martyr Memorial. JAP Deputy Inspector General of Police Patel Mayur Kanhaiyalal said that this corps is the oldest corps in India. It was established in January 1880 under the name of New Reserve Force. Presently the name of this corps is Jharkhand Armed Police. On this occasion, Inspector General of Police (JAP-01) Prabhat Kumar honored the chief guest by giving him a memento. Deputy Superintendent of Police (JAP-01) Om Prakash presented the vote of thanks.

Parade and tug of war thrilled

After this, the chief guest was saluted and the parade started. Everyone was surprised to see the parade. Six platoons of Jap One participated in the parade. The band party received praise for its performance. The tune of the band made everyone happy. During this, children presented interesting cultural programs. Then a tug-of-war competition took place between the officers of the corps and the retired personnel, in which the retired personnel became the winner. Pictures of martyred soldiers and old officers also remained the center of attraction in the fair premises.

Four-day Anand Mela begins

On the foundation day of ZAP, a four-day Anand Mela also started at the Old Football Ground. The inauguration was done by Additional Director General of Police Rajkumar Mallik and Ranjana Mallik. Before this, all the guests were welcomed in a traditional manner. The guests inspected various stalls, during which welcome songs were also presented.

Khukri, Mirch and Aara Khurma available

97 stalls have been set up in the fair. Here Nepali Khukri, Darjeeling broom and Ara’s famous sweet Khurma are being sold well, while small red chillies, chocolates, clothes, Ayurvedic medicines, bags and children’s toys are also attracting. People are also tasting their favorite dishes at food stalls. Along with scooters, plants are being sold in the fair.

People enjoyed the swing

People are also enjoying the swing in Anand Mela. A big swing, Tora-Tora and chanting pad etc. have been installed here. A large number of children also reached the fair on the first day and had fun. Entry into the fair is free. Every day from 10 am to 10 pm, one can have fun in the Anand Mela. The bands of ZAP-01 will perform every day. Various competitions will be held among children on Sunday and the fair will conclude on Monday.
