Hospitals, schools, roads, government buildings have been razed to the ground due to massive bombing. In such a situation, Israel has once again started providing assistance to the common people. For this, construction works are being started again. The Israeli government has started making efforts to provide all the facilities related to the general public. In such a situation, it needs construction workers on a large scale. But due to the war, it is unable to find workers because the Palestinians’ work permits have already been revoked. In such a situation, the Israeli government has sought help from India, after which now construction workers will be sent there. In this, there is a preparation to send about ten thousand construction workers from Uttar Pradesh to Israel, for this they will have to complete the prescribed process at various levels, after meeting all the criteria, they will be sent to Israel.
Data will be collected from all districts
More than 10,000 construction workers from Uttar Pradesh will be sent to Israel in the coming days. The Labor and Employment Department has started this initiative. Under this, all the districts have been asked to collect data of interested workers. After this, a test will be taken, after passing which these people will be sent to Israel. It is being told that Israel needs about one lakh workers to compensate for the loss due to Hamas attack. For this he has sought cooperation from India. Since the beginning of the war, Israel has canceled the work permits of all Palestinians, so there is a severe shortage of workers there. Workers are required for large scale works in the construction sector. Israel is unable to fulfill this deficiency at its national level. In such a situation, he has hope from India.
Age should be between 25 to 45 years
It is being told that most of the workers are required for works like carpenter, iron bending, framework shuttering, ceramic tile and plastering etc. Construction workers will be sent abroad through NSDC i.e. National Skill Development Corporation International. According to the information currently available, those wishing to go to Israel must have passed high school along with work experience. Age limit should be between 25 to 45 years. People older than this will not be sent there.

Construction workers going to Israel will receive 6100 Israeli New Shekel currency (ILS). This is Rs 1.38 lakh per month in Indian currency terms. Workers going to Israel will have to pay for their living and medical insurance themselves. Labor Commissioner Markandey Shahi has given instructions to the labor and employment officers of all the districts regarding this entire matter. He has said that data of construction workers who are willing and eligible to go to Israel should be collected from all the districts, so that the further process can be completed. The workers who pass the test through NSDC will be selected and given training, after which they will be sent to Israel. It is believed that a large number of construction workers from UP will go to Israel as per their wish.
