Development was done by making seven decisions

During the Chief Minister’s address, the opposition members in the Assembly walked out of the House. Addressing the House, the Chief Minister said that from 2005-10 and 2010 to 2015, development work was done by taking seven decisions. During the time of Corona, employment arrangements were made for the people. People were asked to work while staying in their homes. Arrangement of 50 percent reservation for women in Panchayats was made which was discussed across the country.

There was a conspiracy to eliminate the most backward class

CM said that in 1978, the then CM Karpoori Thakur also created the most backward class among the backward classes and gave reservation to both. Pointing towards RJD, he said that later there was a conspiracy to eliminate backward and extremely backward classes and keep only backward classes. We strongly opposed this and said that we will not tolerate it.

Target to provide 10 lakh employment and jobs to 10 lakh people

The Chief Minister said that under Saat Nishchay Part Two, we have set a target of providing 10 lakh employment and jobs to ten lakh people. We will complete the target of providing jobs before the upcoming assembly elections. More than ten lakh government jobs will be given.

There will be bumper restoration in the police department.

CM said that the number of police force in 2005 was around 42 thousand 781. After this their number was increased to one lakh 10 thousand. The process of appointment to about 21 thousand 391 posts is going on. Now the strength of the police force will be increased to 2 lakh 27.

Number of personnel increased in education and health departments

Referring to the low number of personnel in the education, health and agriculture departments, the Chief Minister said that their number was also increased. This has improved the system. In 2005, only 29 patients came to OPD in a month in primary health centres. Now 11 thousand patients come every day. We worked. He said that we built bridges, culverts and roads. With this, currently one can reach Patna from remote areas in about six hours, whereas in the future, the time limit to reach there has been fixed at five hours.

not going to move here and there

There were numbers in 2020, we have to work together. We are not going to move here and there. If anyone leaves the party, he will have to resign and elections will be held. The one who wins on our side will lose, in such a situation he will win again only when he comes towards us again.

There used to be fights between Hindus and Muslims

Earlier there used to be equal fights between Hindus and Muslims, now it does not happen. The atmosphere was created everywhere. Cemeteries: 8519 cemeteries have been cordoned off, more than 300 are under construction and around four hundred are left. They will also be under siege. There used to be theft in temples, hence temples older than 60 years have been cordoned off, now temples older than 60 years will be cordoned off.

caste based census

These people want to take credit for caste based calculation. The Chief Minister said that the then Vice President Giani Zail Singh was the first to tell about the caste-based census when he was the Union Minister of State in 1990. Finance Minister was Mudh Dandavate and Prime Minister was Vishwanath Pratap Singh. We have now implemented caste based counting in the state. After the number of castes increased here, their reservation limit was increased. It was increased from 50 to 65 percent. There is already a provision of 10 percent reservation for the poor belonging to the general category. The economic condition was also assessed during the caste based census. On the basis of this, poor families were identified. Now a plan has been started for their upliftment.
